About Us

GHS Group of Companies were founded in London in 1984 with Oz Textile Limited.
After working on the textile market in London, in 1995, the company's founders Hakan and Haluk Özkarakaşlı decided to set up a production plant in Bursa.
Their goals were increasing production capacity and contributing to their homeland.
In 1999, Design House, was founded in London with the aim of expanding to new markets and partners.
Nara Textile was established in 2004, to produce apparel fabrics.
These confident and strong progressing companies were gathered under the name of GHS Group of Companies in 2005. 
Oz Textile has continued to establish production facilities in 3 more countries during these years. The group founded the brand NaraMaxx in 2010, to serve the Turkish market. One of the company's main objective is to provide employment to women working in Turkey and 77% of the company's workforce consists of women according to 2019 data. Today, GHS Group of Companies employ 495 employees with its 45 years of experience with 4 companies, 7 production facilities and 21 stores in 16 countries, and continues its services without slowing down.
